For CCT Ground transports with Flight For Life Colorado (FFL), they may request you to drive their ambulance. When this occurs, the following shall apply:

• Pickup the “FFL Fob” from the key area near Comm Center. You will need this to “login” to the vehicle.

• Prior to transport, complete the “FFL Rig Check” form available in the Field Resource Guide.

  • You are only responsible for the vehicle itself, not any patient care equipment.

• Use the vehicle radio to communicate with FFL Comm Center as you would normally with iComm. iComm will be monitoring the FFL channel and track your times.

  • Refer to yourself as "Terra 1 (daytime) or Terra 6 (over night).
