3) GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

In addition to the expectations outlined in the Team Member Handbook, it is expected that while on duty, you:

  • Operate with the safety of yourself, team, customers, and the public front of mind.

  • Check your assigned vehicle within the first one hour of shift start.

  • Maintain your vehicle in a constant state of readiness and cleanliness.

  • Complete assigned daily chores (ambulance personnel).

  • Present yourself professionally.

  • Assist each other when needed.

  • Communicate problems and needs to leadership via the Chain of Command.

  • Always keep your company phone on you.

  • Ensure that Comm Center is always aware of your location and status.
